The November Chamber meeting was a great success, compared to the previous meetings. Mary Jo Walker has turned out to be a fantastic recruiter! Compared to the 4 or 5 that normally attend a meeting, this month there were 17 in attendance. So THANKS to Mary Jo and those who attended. .December will be a very busy month for the Chamber. All is looking well for good weather and a fantastic ANNUAL LIGHTED BOAT PARADE on December 3, 2011. On December 12th, the Chamber will hold the Annul Christmas Party and election of directors and officers for 2012. Make plans to attend this event as everyone is invited. Come out and meet and visit with your friends and neighbors. There will be unique appetizers, snacks and refreshments. There will be drawings for door prizes as well as exchanging of Christmas gifts. The party will be held at the Community Center beginning at 6:30 p.m. EVERYONE IS INVITED, however only chamber members will be eligible to vote. The Outdoor Lighting Contest will be on December 15th and 16th, so make sure to have your lights on for the judging.
